In 2020, Tom Desborough was diagnosed with cancer. Every week Jeremy and Tom chatted about how he was coping with the diagnosis and battle with non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. At the age of just 31, it was quite a shock to discover that the outcome of 18 months of pain, discomfort and many many tests was in fact cancer.
At the time of live recording, we just didn’t know how Tom’s journey would unfold, but each week, we shared a brief insight into the challenges, thoughts and feelings in the hope that they will help others understand better the journey which those battling cancer and undergoing chemotherapy can face.
Happily, in 2022, Tom relocated to Exeter, and now runs a Financial Planning office in the area.
